A look into how Vasudha EnviroAction evolved, what we learned, and where we are headed.

2019 — The Beginning
The idea took shape in 2019 while working in Mumbai at a waste management company. This sparked the vision to work independently and create greater impact in the waste management sector.

2021 — Turning Vision into Action
Vasudha EnviroAction was officially registered on 13 March 2021. We began our operations with a clear objective — to bridge the gap between producers and recyclers through practical compliance and operational support.

2021–2023 — Challenges & Learning
The initial years had their share of challenges, especially in retaining clients and building a stable business model. These experiences helped us learn, adapt and refine our approach, leading us towards direct producer engagement and a more sustainable model.

2023 — A Major Turning Point
In April 2023, we committed fully to Vasudha. We adopted a PRO model and started working directly with producers, bringing purchase orders to Vasudha and distributing execution among our recycler partners. This marked a significant step forward in our journey.

2024–2025 — Growth & Expansion
Our services expanded across multiple waste streams, with a stronger client base, deeper industry relationships and a growing team. We broadened our capabilities in compliance management, documentation, training, operations and end-to-end EPR support.

Today & Beyond — Our Impact
Today, we support businesses across multiple waste streams, enabling them to meet their EPR obligations and move towards a circular economy. Our vision is to become one of India’s most trusted consultancy firms in environmental compliance and sustainability.
